‘Its just like the pictures’ I really enjoyed my time here and really enjoyed the dining experience I had. I came with my wife. We made a reservation online, something I later learned needed to be done. We have been told by others that there were not able to walk-in even though the restaurant appeared ‘empty’. I felt the decor quite match the borderline ‘fine dining’ experience with the food. The service was good, but there were times we struggled to get the attention of the staff but not to the extent is ruined our experience. The staff were very friendly and polite. The food a delicious. We got the lamb shank, lamb chops, mac and cheese and jungle fries. The portion size was very good and extremely filling. I had my lamb medium and it was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be returning and have recommended this restaurant to my friends and family.
Amazing presentation and definitely "Instagrammable" dishes. In terms of flavour: Not the best, but not the worst. Service was great but the food could've been better for sure! I feel that the fat on the lamb racks could've been rendered better but maybe that's just a personal taste of mine as I found myself chewing on chunks of fat more often than not. Overall, you can definitely get better dishes for less. May change rating during a future visit because they definitely have potential! Parking: Parking is possible but may need to look on side streets as most of the closer spots are usually taken up.
We went on two occasions for both our birthdays and both times the food was outstanding. The Lamb rack was succulent and full of flavour so was the lamb shank. Just remembering it, is making my mouth water. We tried the desserts, they were both very tasty. The Mille Feuilles had different tastes and textures that really went well together. The staff were really nice and our waitress was talking to our little baby daughter, which is nice to see. A great Halal Fine dining experience without the extortionate prices.
Really lovely place and service! Halal fine dining at its best. I really do believe the prices are fair given the taste and quality of food served. I brought my husband here , he is usually a very fussy eater but he thoroughly enjoyed his meal. We ordered the short ribs and lamb shank- both packed with flavour Staff were very friendly and welcoming too. Toilets were nice and clean which were a plus
I have been twice and both times had the same experience. The food is delicious. Lamb shank is melt in the mouth - everything we tried was amazing. Service really lets this place down. Staff look uninterested and service was so slow even though it wasn’t busy both times we went. We had to ask repeatedly for the bill, or for our sides to be brought to our table when we could see them going cold on the kitchen counter. If the service was better it would definitely be 5*!
I went for dinner with the intention of trying the Beef Wellington, but, unfortunately, it was sold out. So, I opted for the fillet steak as my main course, which was delicious and cooked precisely medium rare as I requested. However, it was a bit pricey for what I received. The appetizer, scallops and prawns, was somewhat salty, and the plating was a bit uninspiring. On the other hand, my wife had the roasted dinner, which had better presentation and was also delicious. If you plan to visit, be sure to inform them in advance if you're expecting the Wellington to avoid disappointment.
Food was delicious. Highly recommend the roast lamb rack and chicken burger with fries. Their desserts was so good I ordered all 4! Lychee drink was chefs kiss mac and cheese was heaven- nice bits of lamb! Pricey but more a fine dining experience. Leave enough time for parking!
Visited this place for Sunday roast! Firstly we booked a table and when entered there were no one to greet us or welcome us. We were waiting at the front for roughly 5 minutes until we used a bell at the counter to catch some attention! However once someone did approach us, the service was great! I ordered the lamb shank roast and it was packed full of flavour! Yes it does look good but the flavour was definitely matched! I also ordered the loaded fries which were nice and flavoursome, additionally I ordered mock tail which was very different and enjoyable. The menu has a range to choose from. The service was great! The atmosphere was ok, it could visually be neater however that’s just my opinion. Yes the price is steep so decent for a treat/occasion. Overall I would recommend this place, worth visiting again just not anytime soon. 9/10!
After you pass the bar, you arrive a a surprising spacious and warming seating area. Went with wife and toddler, had highchair too. Tables nicely spread out with attentive staff. Food was delicious, would definitely return again for a fancy meal. They were kind enough to facilitate space for prayer too.
Absolute decadence and deliciousness, the food here was unbelievably good, making classy looking food hit the spot is a great feat in itself. Combine that with tantalizing flavours, nice ambience and great customer service, I can truly say this has been one of the best places I have dined at in London. Amazing food, aesthetically appeasing, good portions and an overall pleasant experience, my fitted hat goes off to the chef. Dietary restrictions: Halal
