WARNING: NO REFUND FOR YOUR ITEMS. yesterday I bought a dress on my way to work and didn’t have time to try it on, I’ve said it explicitly and no one warned me it was going to be impossible to get refunded should anything go wrong. The shop was empty and there were 3 retail assistants, Today I call in to give a heads up explaining my situation assuming it would work like any normal shop in this country. The man tells me I can only have an exchange or voucher, I reply I prefer a refund. Here starts a surreal conversation about the receipt I received after the purchase and no one told me about the no refund policy ever BEFORE THE PURCHASE. the man basically gaslit me into blaming me and not offering anything. The purchase is one day old and I did not wear the dress because it simply doesn’t fit me. It is ready to be sold again. After a heated discussion where I try to state the obvious while he wants to make up the most bizarre excuses for not refunding me. He hangs up on me and now I have a dress that doesn’t fit me and I’m 50£ short because the guy refuses a refund and insults a customer on the phone. Just beware.
Just discovered this place today, and I’m surprised and disappointed I didn’t find out about it sooner! The clothes are clearly of very good quality, and curated with great taste. Special mention for their trench coats. Very friendly owner as well.
Absolutely gorgeous store. Coquette, country, cottagecore lovers must give this place a try. Small, but worth the visit.
It's such a lovely shop. The lady who seems to be the owner was super nice, and quality of clothes were amazing. I'd love to visit again.
Visiting from out of town and while I was trying on a jacket in the fitting room I overheard a young member of the staff talking to, I assume the owner, about how I looked suspicious and how she had been following me around to keep an eye on me. They continued to talk about whether or not I had a large purse on me and as soon as I left the fitting room the younger assistant rushed to the fitting room to look around. They were completely oblivious to how loud they were speaking and that I had overheard their entire conversation, and likely so did the majority of people in the shop. I left immediately without purchasing and will never return. Extremely disrespectful and left me feeling embarrassed.
The cutest boutique I've been in for a long time! Great owners who gave me fab advice. Went in for just a look and came out with 2 fun jumpers and a very stylish jacket!
Got my phone stolen in this store last week. The staff told me they have 3 customers lost their phone in the past week. They even know how the thieves committed the crime cause they have looked at the cameras but when the police visited the store the cameras became ‘not operational’. The security door is extremely sensitive and will alarm whenever someone walks past it with clothes in hand, which is annoying and distracting. It’s ridiculous that they have an extremely sensitive security systemsplus 6 cameras in store but cannot protect the safety of customers’ belongings? They even sent someone stand outside the fitting room upstairs as if I would steal their clothes. Not even a sign reminding people of thieves since there’re so many crimes happening here
