The food here is the best in the area; a wide area. It's fantastically tasty; hot and well presented. Once a few tables start to fill, it becomes prohibitively noisy - probably because of a lack of soft furnishings. But that shouldn't take away from the quality of the food.Food: 5/5
We had a lovely Christmas meal at Medhi this weekend and felt compelled to write a review after such fantastic service. The staff went the extra mile to ensure we were ok when another table was on the rowdy side. The food was delicious and the staff made us feel welcome and important to them. It was a truly enjoyable experience. Is that so?
Monday night in February, but there were still quite a few people in the restaurant so that must be a good sign. Food was lovely and the waiters were very attentive without being overly so. Thoroughly recommend it.Food: 5/5
Amazing service and delicious food! Having just moved to the area we tried Mehdi as our new local Indian restaurant. The warm welcome we received was lovely, the staff were so accommodating as we enjoyed a drink whilst we waited for our take away. When we got the food home it was still lovely and hot and absolutely delicious! Have booked for a dine in meal next weekend!
We ordered a takeaway on Sunday night. We ordered through the website. We received a phonecall very quickly to confirm the order and the time to collect. The food was ready within about 20 -25 minutes of placing the order. The food was ready at the restuarant when I arrived to no waiting around. The staff were very friendly. The food was very good. Will deffinitely order from here again.
Went here with my girlfriend and her family, food was brilliant, had heard very good things about the restaurant but was a bit dubious due to its location. Inside is a very well decorated Indian with fair pricing and even better food. The curry I had prawn korma is the best I have had from any curry house anyway and I shamefully eat a lot of curry, my only criticism is that the naans could be larger however this did nothing to detract from an excellent meal. Would thoroughly recommend
As a British Indian, this is my favourite local Indian restaurant. The food certainly reminded me of my mum and grand mothers food. Highly recommend a visit.
One of the rudest managers iv ever come across absolutely shocking 100% will never be going back despite that the bar lady was very nice and the food was good but really would not recommend going unless you want to be spoken to like you a naughty kid shocki Reply Don’t worry me or anyone I know would not come back and to be honest it looked like you need us in your empty restaurant not the other way round good luck looking forward to meeting the new owner when your gone witch won’t be long I’m sure
