Really disappointed with Cinnamon's. Been eating here for years, and always been good service, however since Jay has left the business is going down hill. Ordered a take away saturday night... clearly delivering was an issue, We asked for our food around 2130. Giving them over an hour and a half, still no food at 2200!! called and they hadn't even left, Food finally came at 2215 - luke warm, not even hot, and missing a starter, and the sauces were empty!!! Phoned and they didn't seem to care, no offer of a refund for the sauces that were empty or the missing starter! Never mind the delay or the not even hot food. £40 wasted. Just to top the whole experience off, to then see how they chop the garlic on facebook was disgusting.
They can crush their garlic with their armpits if currys taste this good. I am from Manchester were you hear all horror stories about currys.. this is tame by comparison. Cracking curry.. top service.... decent beer. Would of give 5 star only for not having room to move near tables.. to compact.
Please don't listen to the negative reviews. Me and my family have just been to this restaurant as we've just recently moved to the area and we have nothing bad to say. Great taste, great service and very decent price. Please give it a try
Excellent food, best curry we have all had in ages and at a great price. Decor needs a bit updating but clean and tidy.
Outstanding quality Indian. Spent a long time looking for a great curry that could be delivered and Cinnamon came up trumps. Highly recommended!
Love this place. Quite small and strange decor although it's just being refurbished June 2014. Food is good and reasonably priced, service is great. Only down side really are the toilet facilities.
My wife and I recently bought a takeaway meal from Cinnamon; we were both impressed at how tasty it was, and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly, we’ll definitely use them again.
Ordered a chicken dish with no onions, made it very clear, dish cane full of onions with onion rice, chicken had the texture of beef it was so chewy. Sent it back and the chicken was no better in the next curry. Disappointing
The Cinnamon is always a great place, good food and nice waiting staff. The Chef is always happy to alter things to your requirements.
