Very clean and the staff are amazing. Very empathetic to ones medical condition or conditions. The receptionist is very polite and is extremely helpful. This young lady has a score from me of 5s because if she has seen you before she asks how you have been keeping and how you feel today and genuinely means it, not just asking the question as a matter of politeness she actually is concerned how you have been. The Hand Therapist I see is BRILLIANT! & I MEAN BRILLIANT. She even rings you at home a few weeks after your therapy to see how you are getting on. Another example of her diligence and caring is; I was to be dropped off and picked up by Hospial Transport but waiting for my return journey was a nightmare! It was called for, just after 2 o"clock in the afternoon and arrived at nearly 5:30, my Hand Therapist should have left at 5pm but stayed there untill the transport arrived. Now that is dedication to her patient. A superb NHS unit.
Pleasant place to visit, staff are friendly, patient, considerate and helpful, a busy place, but never seems rushed, nice little cafeteria, open to all, regulars or visitors, parking a bit difficult at the moment due to building works, but usually manage to find a spot, a relaxed place, unlike MCH house.
