The staff are very warm and helpful. And I've always managed to get an appointment whenever time/ day needed if not it's always been close enough. Thankyou

We were with Barbara Bennett for years and when she sold the practice to Medi Vet I was disappointed. I should not have worried as we have been very happy with the care and service offered here. Katrin is great and the reception staff/nurses are very friendly and helpful.

Clean practice. Friendly and approachable staff, vet was knowledgeable and didn't give treatment to my dog un-necessarily. I brought the puppy in for her 2nd injections and the vet was able to check the other dog over at the same time as there was a concern, he allayed our concerns.

katrin is fantastic! saved my cat and always gives an honest, fair opinion. Julie, Stef and the rest of the team are always going out of their way to help- especially when I have dropped a bottle of insulin and need an emergency vial ASAP! I live 1 hour away but I have kept coming to see Katrin and the team for 2 years now rather than risk going somewhere else... good vet practices are like good doctors- rare- and once you find a good one, keep them!
