All staff and especially Romeo the vet in charge are very helpful caring and considerate towards me but more importantly Maisie my 4 year old Springer spaniel. Nothing is too much trouble. Angela and Maisie

I found choosing a vet quite hard, like many pet owners, they are not simply pets but an extension to your family.  We have 2 Medivets near us and chose this branch due reviews and just reading the bios of the vets on the website. I am so glad we chose this medivet, there are 2 vets in this practise we usually always see Romeo, but have sometimes seen the other vet too (Dancalla), they are both FANTASTIC.  I recently had to take one of my puppies in as an emergency after him getting stung by a bee, and they kept him in for the day to monitor him, I knew he was in the best hands and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practise, Fantastic service, always run appointments on time, friendly staff from the minute you walk in until you leave

The team were attentive and sincere Timmy worries. They called when they were meant to and resssured me. They had a good approach and were confident in answering my questions. Regards Lilly

I am very satisfied with the company.  The staff is very helpful and caring.  When my cat got sick i got an appointment straight away. After his operation they called on the next day asking how he feels. Which is really really great.
So well done!!! 👍

Our dog bailie has undergone several operations over the last 6 months, we have found this vets fantastic, excellent value for money. the staff are extremely polite, friendly and very caring, even to the extent of out of work hours phone calls checking to make sure our bailie was okay. we have used other vets over the years but none come even close to the service that you and your pet will receive from medivet.
