Useless My son has a persistent cough which they seem to think is just a joke or not worth worrying about . First contact is with the absolute manner -less receptionist who seems to think she is a Dr and quote clearly loves her perceived position of power. Horrible human. Arrange a call back Shock horror no-one calls back. This is a perfect example of a failing NHS . With staff like her and the attitude she brings I'd need to be on death's door to consider them as a useful option . Death is possibly a better option than having to deal with her. And after all this my unwell son who has been coughing for weeks still doesn't get the assistance he needs Vile place
Since joining the surgery a few months ago I've had a brilliant experience. The admin staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating and the doctors are extremely welcoming and proactive. I would definitely recommend joining this surgery.
Really positive visit to Summervale Surgery this week for our covid booster vaccinations. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, the process for registering and receiving the vaccinations was efficient and we were dealt with very swiftly. During these difficult times the surgery staff continue to provide an excellent and friendly service, heroes. Thank you.
I went for my booster jab at the walk-in session this week and was in and out within 10 minutes plus waiting time. The whole process was smooth, uncomplicated and professional, and all the staff were amazing. 5 stars.
Thank you to all at Summervale Surgery for the service tonight with the booster vaccinations. Quick and friendly service. Dedicated staff staying late to ensure nothing was wasted and everyone who needed one could get the jab.
Can't book an appointment online as "none are available for online booking", phoned and waited 18mins on hold, got to 3rd in the queue then went to a long beep and line went dead, rang 4 more time over the next 30 minutes, even heard in two of those from briefly hearing people speaking that my call was answered and was hung up on straight away both times. If people can't book online and you hang up on people calling, how do I book an appointment?
Went to get my Covid booster without a booking and the staff where fantastic. There was no problem, I was straight in and straight out and friendly service. Very efficient especially as I had my one year old daughter with me! Thank you
"the" place to get your COVID jab.....This was my first visit to Summervale Surgery, and I'll certainly be going back for more boosters in the future! Easy to find, loads of parking and the staff, well they were absolutely lovely! Get over and get your boosters!
Really disappointed ,not been able to eat properly for 2 weeks , spoke to nurse over the phone she was very good ,ask me to hand in a stool sample which I did , phoned for results on Friday told to phone back Monday ,my partner/carer was worried about my anxiety of not knowing what's wrong and having diarrhea for so long and feeling ill ,so phoned surgery to explain my anxieties and ask Dr to ring with results before he left for the weekend ,at 8pm I get a text which literally just said ,I am pleased to tell you no bacteria growing and signed by a Dr ,not giving me any chance to phone to discuss anything as the surgery closes at 8pm and closed all weekend ,so I've been told by text what it isn't but not what it is so my anxiety is still high trying to guess what's wrong with me ,I'm a 63 year old person with lots of illnesses I've had to cancel all of my family Christmas plans not knowing if I'm contagious ,have to wait till Monday and try to speak to someone to get answers but the last time I requested a ring back I had to wait almost 3 weeks ,but I'm very put out that the Dr couldn't give 5 minutes of his time to speak to me and maybe put my mind at ease
After over 2 weeks of being very unwell at home covid while taking care of 3 of my children who were also unwell with it. Needing sometimes daily help re oxygen levels and my health status, I had ongoing calls from the ECP Mauricio Giraldo who undertook any concerns and questions. He reassured me daily, and gave me answers and confidence. I felt it was the best care he could have given, being that we were isolating. Thank you team! C. L.
