Been going here for years but tonight was freezing cold. Staff didn't seem to care that we were all sitting chittering. We had freezing cold air blasting on us. Had to go and buy tea to keep warm. Didn't even offer it free  really awful tonight fix the heating please

Staff are pleasant enough, very popular place with lots of regular customers.

Used to go to mecca years ago. Visited this club for the first time recently. Dark and dingy. In need of a good updating. The sound system is terrible. Had no idea what the caller was saying or what was going on. The tablets are slow and kept freezing. First and last time here. I always thought mecca were the big boys of bingo clubs. Will go to club 3000 instead. Sorry mecca!

Brill club to play at. The staff are all really nice and friendly. They always do great deals and bonuses and the atmosphere is great too if you like to chat between games.

Charged for doubles and got singles, bar staff are shocking

It's nice inside. The staff are great & the food & drinks are reasonably priced. The Christmas party last year was good, because there was entertainment on in the bingo hall. All in all the bingo is fun for everyone.

First time at this one ,the staff were good and food was lovely but the caller was awful,couldn’t understand anything he said,too close to the mike someone said !

Actually I won a competition for 4 people but still had to pay 17pnd can't see how that was fair . I will not enter again am afraid

Friendly,  spotless,  always a great night out. Food and drinks reasonably price.

I enjoy a night at Mecca and have been a member since it opened and have always received a warm and friendly welcome from all the staff. On Saturday night after the bonkers bingo i had  waited for almost an hour for a taxi but unfotunately someone else took it. After closing for the night one of your staff went above and beyond his duty and ran myself and daughter home. I did not get his name but know him by sight. I would like to say to the Manager Duncan Anderson how lucky he is to have such wonderful staff. Kindest regards Barbara Landsborough.
