been going for a few months now and made a few friends, staff are amazing always willing to help out, good atmosphere and decent prize money, even though from Carlisle your well worth the trip
Amazing night fantastic staff
Personal opinion. The quality of service has declined and has been declining for some time. The bingo caller tonight made a number of mistakes during her calls, causing a number of people unable to claim a win due to pressing the button for a new number but accepting late calls. The same bingo caller, when not calling, spent her time speaking to customers around the hall from a distance, this causing distraction for those around. Overall, there is a poor standard of customer service from her. The remainder of staff provided excellent service, being polite and helpful on approach. Buzz Bingo as a service is in major decline in customer service.
Food OK can be better gd for parking bit cold in side

Great bingo!! I rather Maryhill Bingo but is closed down to change gyms! Second timers went bingo, is good to see some staff who been work maryhill would like going again!!
Brilliant venue. The staff are so friendly and obliging. My friend and novices but the staff were so helpful.....a credit to Buzz Bingo.
If you want to feel safe on a night out avoid at all costs horrific experience and untrained staff.
