Cannot understand why the practice has such a poor overall score! Just relocated and changed practices to Measham. First interaction was simply top notch - friendly reception and service from Amy who confirmed my registration and sorted an emergency script for my prescription meds in under 40 mins ready for collection from the new nominated pharmacy. Great warm welcome and service from the get go.
Typical NHS doctors. But the doctors are good, and hardly any long wait times. They seem to not overbook which is great.
Really great medical service right in the center of Measham. They seem to be efficient with calling appointments on time and the staff are very friendly and happy to help. The practitioners are very patient and seem to really listen, and clearly read the medical history properly and are knowledgeable when speaking to them. Would recommend
I have recently moved to the area and visited the practice for the first time last week. I was really impressed with the booking service, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and I easily booked an appointment with the doctor for the following week. All of the staff were very pleasant and the doctor I saw, Jessie, was very attentive and reassuring and took the time to listen to my concerns. I was able to have a blood test taken just minutes after my appointment, even though this wasn’t pre-booked which was a big bonus. It is clearly a very well run practice, thank you all for being so helpful.
