After my daughter using a box dye to colour my hair it was a total disaster. Rachael did a fabulous job with foils and a dye. I am no longer ashamed to be seen in public

Awful experience, my first time at the salon. I don't think the stylist knew what she was doing. I asked for it shoulder length with slight layering but came out with a bodge job. I got home and realised how bad it was, loose strands everywhere, my fridge is hacked up above my eyebrow. I went straight back and the manager tidied it up but it looks awful in a ponytail, very unhappy & feel like shaving it off. Will not be going back.

Been going there for the last 15+ years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Always happy with friendliness efficiency cleanliness and great hair do.

My partner went there and come back with a bodge job. She went back and complained yo the manager who then attempted to sort it out. Still looks bad.
