Very helpful staff. I realised it was primarily a curtain making outlet, but if you don't ask?? I was looking for fabric to make a winter coat. Eye-wateringly tempting selection of colours in 70% wool, perfect for what I had in mind. They do mail order so, with a sample of the perfect colour for my wardrobe, I happily went off to order the pattern I had my eye on
Amazing product selection, prices and customer service! The team at Just Fabrics are very knowledgable and eager to help. They assisted me in selecting the correct fabric to take abroad, ordering it in for me on time, packing it and honouring the sale price. Highly recommend. A big thank you
Went in with a wheelchair user, it was a little hard getting in as quite a bump in doorway, the lady was happy to help though. Also the lovely lady gave my student some fabric oddments when I said I was looking for smaller pieces

Lovely fabric shop. Lots of choice of remnants, fabric by the metre and fabric to order. Also has haberdashery items. Staff were busy but friendly and helpful. Now I know its there on the trading estate I will go again.
Bought 7 metres of curtain fabric and 7 metres of lining. The lining had rip marks and I was given 6 metres and 93 cms of fabric. I returned to the shop who, to their credit, did rectify the issues giving me material to cover the missing and damaged fabric. However I was ‘told’ I should have checked I had the right quantity of material before I started my project. Not sure what difference that would have made other than delaying my project still further. How about they sell the right quantity and quality in the first place.
I ordered fabric online and had a problem with it. Sophie at the shop, together with a lovely colleague whose name I don't know, and Jack, from the online department, sorted it all out beautifully. I visited the shop and was completely blown away by the wonderful range of fabrics and the knowledge of the staff. Incredible service! I can't wait to go back. Thank you all.
Excellent new showroom with easy parking, very informative staff who are very pleasant to talk to and give good practical advice. Excellent first port of call for material and curtain/ blind making.
Visited for the first time last week and although an hours drive, was well worth it. Good range of fabrics and helpful staff. Full of inspiring items for projects!
