We recently used Paul Green and MW Solicitors to buy and sell our properties, we agreed a sale in mid Jan and actually moved Mid March which was incredibly quick and involved a great deal of work to be done at a fast pace. Paul was always contactable throughout the process, he kept us informed at all times (which does so much to relieve the stress of moving house) and he kept his head even when others were losing theirs and got the work done to ensure that the sale went through when under pressure from others in the chain who were not quite so efficient! They were very competitive on price and professional throughout and I would have no problem recommending them or using them again in the future.

The service from the whole entire team at McMillan Solicitors was seamless from start to finish. Paul Green is very personable as well as professional, and nothing is 'too much of an ask'. Paul went above and beyond and even assisted us with matters that did not particularly fall within his remit. I highly recommend using McMillian Williams (Bognor Regis) for any matter that requires a solicitor.

We instructed Paul Green to undertake the conveyancing on the purchase of our first home together. The service Paul provides is second to none; he is efficient, diligent, calm and reassuring - all an absolute must during the stressful time of buying a house. Paul will regularly communicate progress and updates, as well as chase or flag issues as required. Paul dealt brilliantly with difficult estate agents & solicitors when we had some problems there! This is the third time I've used Paul for buying and selling properties and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. We will be recommending him to all our friends and family. Thank you Paul.

What started out as a simple conveyancing job turned into a very stressful and extended procedure due to complications further down the chain. MW acted professionally, courteously and kept us aware of each twist and turn (and there were many) along the way. Very highly recommended, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. This 5 star review is very well earned.

Paul Green at MW Bognor Regis has helped me with one commercial let and (subsequently) a residential property sale. Compared to experience at other practices, I was surprised and elated at the level of communication. Paul is not hesitant to pick up the telephone, either to give an update or to chase for information. So much better than email as it gives the opportunity to ask questions and receive insight into the complicated legal processes that surround property deals. All in all, we probably managed one of the fastest exchange to completion time scales in residential property history! Fantastic.
