Taylor Rose Worthing are ruining my life. For the past few months, they have refused to fill out a simple land registry application in order for me to sell my property. They should have filled this out a year ago. I can understand an oversight, but since September 2022 it is now December they have declined to fulfil their obligations, despite repeated requests and tearful phone calls. I stand to lose over £20,000 due to their negligence. I am absolutely devastated, and i would suggest everyone avoid this company. They cannot even be bothered to contact me or my legal representative.
I'm not associated with this business in any way, it just happens to be the names. Yes a very good service provider with lots of knowledge. Kate was outstanding with her help.
Tried and tried to get Taylor Rose's web portal to work. Asked for help repeatedly to simply be told it had been passed on to the portal. No call to make sure it was working. Terse, snippy emails from a conveyancing assistant. No help, no respect. In the end we said, please fix this so we can move ahead or we'll have to change representation and we got literally nothing back. Not a word. Like they just couldn't have cared less. Just our opinion, but we wouldn't even vaguely consider using this firm again. They wasted our time and didn't provide a professional level of support.
We used the Worthing branch of Taylor Rose for the purchase of a house and had quite a poor experience. Throughout the conveyancing process their service was slow and we were constantly having to chase them to get work done. This is not unusual I accept however on the day on completion we had a pretty shocking experience. We completed on our existing property and while moving our belongings out we received a call from Taylor Rose to tell us that we had insufficient funds to complete on our new house. This left us in a state of shock as we now faced the prospect of being left without a home and having to pay the deposit for failed completion. After a couple of hours we received another call to tell us that they had made a mistake in their calculations. This catastrophic error then held up the whole chain by several hours causing us added costs for removals along with a lot of added stress and worry on what was already a stressful day. Luckily they had got their numbers wrong but it makes you wonder why they had only decided to review the numbers on the day of completion. We have complained to their head office and now have a complaint pending with the Finanical Ombudsman. I certainly won’t be using their services again and would not recommend them.
We are so pleased with the service provided by Taylor Rose in respect of the sale of our flat. We were particularly happy with the speed of response to queries in respect of progress. Abigail, Michelle and Hannah were a great team and completed the sale causing minimum stress. We could not recommend them more highly.
They do a good job but that's what you are paying for
I would like to thank Wendy Rixon for guiding me for the last two years and understanding my case. She has kept me positive throughout in what has been a difficult case. She has been extremely hard working and made very quick positive decisions. She never tired of explaining the process and kept me informed at all times Wendy was lovely to work with, very patient and sensitive to the personal issues to do with my case. I would also like to thank Taylor Rose MW management for their goodwill gesture. I appreciate your kindness. Thank you once again Wendy for a successful end after a stressful two years. I would also like to thank Angela for her help in assisting Wendy with the case. I highly recommend Wendy for her positive, professional and sensitive attitude throughout my case. We had an absolutely brilliant experience with MW Solicitors in Worthing, with the wonderful Lindsay handling everything for both the sale of our old property, and purchase of our new one. We had a lot of hurdles to get through on both accounts but Lindsay was helpful, patient and supportive throughout, happy to answer any question we might have - no matter how obvious the answer might have been! When she told us she was on annual leave on both our completion dates, we weren't concerned in the slightest - Laura and Michelle stepped in and kept us regularly informed and up-to-date. The whole firm have been brilliant but special thanks do go to Lindsay - who I have already recommended to a friend!
I can't thank Michelle kingshott enough! I am buying my first property and the whole process has been very straight forward from start to finish, keeping me updated throughout and explaining everything throughout very well. Very fast and professional service. I would highly recommend Michelle. 36 days from customers ID pack to completion date. Absolutely outstanding service.
I'd like to say a huge thank you to Vanessa Wake and her team who dealt with the sale of my property. The sale was quite problematic and the support and advice we received from Vanessa and her team was without doubt the best we've experienced over the years. We were particularly impressed by the speedy and full responses to emails and phone calls. Thank you Vanessa.
