As a lawyer myself, I hold any solicitor I employ to extremely high standards. Alex and his team exceeded my expectations. They were much more cost effective than larger firms but the service was outstanding - helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly they provided sound advice and communicated it clearly. Furthermore, they were very conscious of my desire to keep costs to a minimum. Will definitely be using the firm again.
In the summer of 2022 we worked with Abigail McMillan at Burt Brill & Cardens Limited to purchase our first home. Abigail guided us from the moment we first contacted her right through to the registration of our purchase. Every step of the way she provided us with clear, easy to understand information and was contactable at all times for any further queries. We had had some issues with another firm and contacted Burt Brill & Cardens as they advertised as being able to help with our particular requirements including in respect of a foreign property.
