Very slow service can take several days from collecting prescription before it is ready. No communication if there is issue fulfilling the prescription you are left without and have to chase up to find out what's wrong. Having signed up for sms and delivery service this baffled me. After first missed delivery and confirmation it will be in next delivery it then took several calls and finally going in person to get my medication and learn that 1 item was no longer available. Deliveries are weekly so it was 2 weeks before being informed of the problem. Because that 1 item could not be fulfilled nothing was delivered or even made ready despite there being several items.

Always friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the home delivery in these difficult times as I cannot get out at all. Thank you to all for your dedication in these very challenging days

It’s an absolute disgrace the length of time you have to wait on your prescription my husband has stood in there times for over half n hr and it’s not as though they are busy very disappointed

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff and they remember your name and make you feel comfortable
