I worked closely with Cassie, and couldn’t recommend her services enough. Cassie was so friendly and polite, helped me with any questions I needed answered and helped me with things I should have been told through the solicitor. Cassie thoroughly explained my mortgage options as well as helping me with home and contents and life insurance. I was never made to feel like a hindrance, even though I had went to Cassie with absolutely no clue, she made me feel at ease and made the whole process run smoothly. I won’t hesitate in going back to Newark wealth for future dealings.
When looking for a new mortgage advisor, several work collegues recommended Cassie from newark wealth to us. Our first meeting with Cassie really put us at ease. Everything was explained clearly to us and we knew exactly where we stood in terms of mortgage products etc. Through the whole process of house hunting and getting our mortgage approved, cassie made sure to keep in touch and nothing was a hassle to her. My husband and I were looking to see what was available in the financial world in Kilmarnock. Contacted Newark Wealth and right from the beginning they have been so helpful and genuinely caring . Mike has interviewed us and explained all areas suitable for us but left us to make final decisions. They have kept us up to date with everything. Carrie has been so helpful and encouraging. It's so nice to be treated as well. We are also introducing Jim to our son who is hoping to get his first mortgage through Newark Wealth. I cannot thank the team for all their attention to detail. We came to Newark Wealth Financial Planners through a recommendation from a friend. The high street banks made us feel like we were too complicated to obtain a mortgage and gave us zero of their time. We had some complexity’s to our situation, however we met with Jim Murray and took it stage by stage. He did some background work for us and found us some suitable lenders. At each stage I thought we’d get declined but it wasn’t the case. Jim was excellent and made the process very smooth. We wouldn’t be on the property market without his help. Very professional service given by Jim. I would highly recommend him and Newark Wealth.
