Pete Fairbanks met us in the Service driveway. He was very cordial and had a professional attitude that we appreciated. He escorted us to the waiting area and pointed out the facilities. We had arrived  a few minutes before our appointment time  but they took us in immediately.  The service went very well and promptly. When our truck was ready Pete came and got us and went over the results of the 27 point inspection thoroughly.

Thank you Sean!  I purchased a new Buick Envision from Sean last month and couldn't be happier! It was my first time purchasing and financing a vehicle at the dealership. Sean is truly a professional. I had a million questions, and he was patient enough to answer every one of them. My husband and I were dreading going to purchase a new vehicle because of TERRIBLE past experiences.  With purchasing at Henry Brown with Blake a while ago we figured we would give this a try. Wow! My buying experience here was the best I have ever had at a car dealership. Blake Brown and his team where amazing. I will not buy another vehicle from anyone else EVER! The whole process was great and everyone there seemed to love their jobs. Blake thanks for making the process painless. We will be back soon.

We bought a car from them in 2021 and the process was great.  We waited about 7 months to get it and it was fine.  I ordered another car back in March, knowing it would take a while for it to get in. I got updated until June. In September I reached out asking about our order, got one very short response but when I followed up with questions I didn't hear back. I tried emailing 2 salespeople I had worked. I emailed multiple times, called and left messages and have heard nothing. Now I've spent 2 weeks calling the store begging to speak with someone that can just get me my deposit back, they took messages and nothing.  One more phone call today and I insisted to just talk to someone, not leave a message, that can get my deposit from 9 months ago back and finally got the process started.  Hopefully they will follow through next week and I can get my deposit back. I understand there are still delays, I was fine with waiting months for the vehicle, but no communication, no returned messages, no returned phone calls....nothing. Not even an apology.  I'm not sure what happened, but this will be my last time to try and buy a car with Henry Brown.

Your service rep was fantastic!  I scheduled the service online for an oil change and tire rotation to be done while I wait... unfortunately when I arrived I was informed that your booking system had "overbooked" and it would be a 2 to 3 hour wait... you offered me a ride home while I waited for the service and a ride back to the dealership, which I appreciated, however, I would have preferred to have the service done in a more timely manner... please take a look into your booking system so that this doesn't happen in the future.

Everyone was very nice and friendly.  We should be able to pick up our car today.  We were waiting for the dealership to do the safety and clean it.  We are paying cash for it, so no payments.  We really like that.  We really want to do a shout out to our family that came down with us.  My husband is 98 years old and everyone was so kind to all of us.

We feel that there is Outstanding people Placed Throughout The Henry Brown GMC Family! Hats Off to Blake Brown and All The Employees! Well Done!

Just purchased my new truck from Dewayne. The experience from finding the vehice, financing, and delivery was top notch and professional. I made a choice this time that I was not buying anything unless I got the exact vehicle and features I wanted and I wasn't waiting 6 months. Within 2 hrs of leaving the dealership, Dewayne had found and secured the exact vehicle. Financing was easy and used the latest technology for ease.  Some dealers are still using the old 1980 printers.  Thanks to the Henry Brown team for the great experience !!!  GO SEE DEWAYNE !!
