Recently had McInnes group out to replace boiler Radiators and pipework. Cannot praise all the boys highly enough, appeared bang on time straight to work no messing about and did a brilliant thorough tidy job and explained everything at every stage. Demonstrated everything at the end and took every little of rubbish away with them. Absolutely brilliant, highly recommended
If I could I would rate -1. Communications started well. Got a reasonable estimate. Accepted it. Next step was to arrange a site visit. Last message received mid September "we are just finishing couple of jobs and will arrange". Since then I emailed, left messages, spoke to possibly receptionist who promised to pass the message - nothing. This is March now. Last time I called today - no one is available to pick up the phone. Stay away from this scam company.
McInnes Group and Windhager were engaged to install a Log Gasification Boiler in early 2023 after the previous local installer and supplier completely let us down. In less than 2 months the Boiler and ancillary equipment were supplied and expertly installed by the team from McInnes Group. This system replaced an existing Oil Boiler with complex internal and external pipework, electrical and internet connections. The work was done quickly, tidily and in difficult weather conditions. Total costs were as quoted. A thoroughly professional operation from start to finish. Thank you.
Just had new air source heating fitted by Mcinnes group and have to say they are a great company do deal with and the workmanship is excellent. Heating installed in one day by 2 workmen, who I have to say were excellent and worked from 9am until 8pm to finish the install. Joe from Mcinnes group who did the survey and who I have been dealing with through has been excellent as well and very good at keeping me informed of what was happening and was quick and efficient at replying to my emails. All in a great job by a great company.
McInnes Group recently installed an air source heat pump for us and the whole experience from the initial survey to the installation was first class. We were absolutely delighted with the installation - the team worked extremely hard and got us up an running well ahead of schedule. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable and we could not fault their workmanship - absolutely first class. We are extremely happy with the service and heating system provided by McInnes Group and we would highly recommend them and would 100% use them again should the need arise.
We recently had a completely new air source heat pump central heating system installed by McInnes Group and the service was excellent. The engineers were incredibly efficient, professional and pleasant to deal with and we were amazed at how quickly they had everything installed and up and running. We are delighted with the whole service as well as the finished result!

McInnes have serviced my heat pump for the past 2 years and this has been good, with very knowledgeable engineers. However since the last visit over 2 months ago, I've been trying to get an estimate for alterations to my heat pump installation - despite repeated emails and phone calls there has been no response, other than a verbal assurance a month ago - very poor service
McInnes Group recently installed an air source heat pump for us and the whole experience was first class. The initial consultation with Lachlan was really helpful and he was very responsive, answering any questions we had in relation to the proposed system. When the team came to install the heat pump and associated water cylinder, they worked extremely hard. They were professional, friendly and they made sure our home was kept clean. We are very impressed with the installation - everything has been installed with the outmost care and looks really tidy. As for the heating system itself, we couldn't be happier! Our home is warmer than it has ever been before and it is easy to control. Overall we are extremely happy with the service provided by McInnes Group and we would highly recommend them.
The McInnes Group have serviced our oil boiler for many years to our satisfaction so when it came time to replace it, we asked McInnes to do a survey to see what our options were. The survey was thorough and we were given impartial advice. Sadly, converting the house to a heat pump was going to be both expensive and disruptive as the whole house would need to be re-piped and the number of radiators effectively trebled. We decided to replace the oil boiler with the latest Grant model and McInnes prepared the quote efficiently and ordered the equipment once a contract was signed and a deposit paid. We were contacted a few days later to agree a day and time to install the new boiler and the whole installation went to plan and was done carefully and thoroughly.
