Great pub. First time in Belfast and this was lively. Great live music and good mix of young and old. Great banter with some of the locals and good pints. Give a shout if you're in the area
I was at a birthday party last night and the catering was uncooked. I bit into a peice of chicken and it was pink. The cocktail sasauges were not cooked and neither was the sasauge rolls. I have been up all morning with food poisoning and the dj cancelled last minute and we were only told when we arrived. a lot of money went into the party. This was a very bad experience and I don’t recommend going for anyone that’s thinking about it
Fantastic Pub great Atmosphere about it staff where very friendly Pints where fresh clean and Crisp door staff very friendly and the entertainment was Adam Callahan great singer
Had great wee nite, the band of 1 girl 1 fella were excellent and had the place alive and kicking, the staff are friendly and quick,defo give a sat nite a go in Macs
The food was excellent and they were doing 3 pints for £10 it's a must try if even in Belfast
In my own experience I think this bar has gone downhill big time. I visited it recently and caught up with some acquaintances which I enjoyed but the atmosphere and decor and altogether demeanor of the place was lacking to say the least. I used to frequent this place many years ago so was looking forward to having a good night. But really it was cold and boring . Ummmmm
Great menu of drinks especially the cocktails. Menu also had local historical information. Friendly bar staff and nice seating area outside. Will be back!
Good music. Well priced pint. And pint was grand
Great spot. Friendly. Been here before many times.
They don't sell cups of coffee or tea!
