One of the McDonalds on O’Connell street. It looks small from outside but the multi-storey structure makes it to accommodate and serve number of customers. I found the order ready time is comparatively lesser here. You can get nice view of O’Connell street if you sit on the upper floor. They have washrooms also here and code for the same can be found on order receipt.
Mcdonalds is one of the best place to have good food at decent cost. For students like me it is very helpful as it provides student meal at 5 euro. Mcdonalds is helping students in a very big way by providing good cost effective food. This Mcdonalds outlet is unique as it is open 24*7. Many times after study when i am hungry at night i often visit this outlet. They are always open and i can have good food in only 5 euro. Many food places and restaurants are closed after 9 or 10 but if anyone is hungry anytime just go to this Mcdonalds they are always there with their super delicious food at affordable price . Their staff is also very helpful and guides first time customers to select best meal for them. This is a must try outlet and one must go here for good food anytime.
I went to MC Donald’s restaurant in O’Connell street upper, ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal with no pickles, when I got home and was about to eat it they had given me a quarter pounder and not a double, and there was pickles when I had asked for no pickles. I got very mad because I’ve paid for a double and got just a pounder and with something that I’ve asked to not have inside.
This mcdonald clearly wants to be top ranked. Employees quickly remove orders from the computer and display them on the board in green. As a tourist, this is confusing for me because the lady I asked for my number that just showed up "to be picked up" told me that I still have to wait. I know English but the Irish accent makes it impossible for me to understand some words, which is why the reception board is supposed to help me. Very unpleasant behavior and I advise you to avoid this McDonald's because it's not the guest that matters here, but the statistics!!!!
Extremely bad service. Nobody serving at till and waiting over 20 mins to be served. Restaurant is always filthy and poorly managed. Nobody cleaning tables, all full of other people's leftovers. Go to Burger King or Supermacs a short distance away if you want a faster service and cleanliness. This place is disgusting.Food: 3/5
Fast service good food, just need some extra care at top table area cause teenagers are constantly making a mess up to other guests.
One of the cleanest and most organized 24hrs McDonald's in Dublin trulyFood: 4/5
The worst McDonald's I have ever visited. I had 18 min before the bus and was going to take away quickly. I ordered just a cheeseburger and stripes and was waiting for 35 minutes. The staff seems in slow mode here. NEVER go there if you have less than an hour. Also remember that it is not really clean if you stay in.
Absolutely upsetting what I witnessed here today around 11:30am. A blind lady entered the door into the disabled bathroom and struggled the find the handle to the second door and called for help and none of the staff heard her, so when she approached the front of the counter asking them to open the door, a rude staff worker under the name Maria told her it was open and left her. She tried again so I helped her. The issue was that the handle was lower down on the door and she didn't know. It was very obvious she was blind considering she had a cane to guide her. While I was glad to help the lady, it was frustrating how the staff were so ignorant it upset me and a few other customers were upset to see it. I don't care how busy or not busy it was, it would've only took less than 50 seconds to go to the door and open it for her.
It's Macdonalds, reassuringly consistent, rather fond of the restaurant on O'Connell Street so I can watch the world go buy, getting hungry just thinking about it
