Ordered a double Big Mac with NO bacon and firstly they told me to wait in a parking bay for my order. The first time around they brought part of my order, but the double Big Mac was missing, one of the staff shouted to his colleague that the double Big Mac with NO bacon was missing only to come back 5 minutes later with the rest of my order, I then drove home and upon arrival checked my order only to realise the double Big Mac HAD bacon. Utterly disappointed as I don’t eat pork so whole burger went in the bin, bare in mind this was after 3 am
Messed up taking order. Said I would have to queue in drive thru again to sort it! They then decided to give me the items they missed off my order for free even though I offered to pay for it. When I got my order home there were several items missing and burgers with cheese and sauces missing. Would not go back, not worth the hassle . Would rather have waited longer and things done properly.
Regular order mix ups. No proper queue of orders - you might wait for an hour when it's busy while someone else walks in after you and gets their order within 10 minutes. There's no room to wait when it's busy. Delivery services and drive-through seem to have a priority over any other orders.nnOverall, it is a standard UK McDonald's experience.
After ordering my food, I waited for 20 minutes and then approached the staff to check on my order. The manager, Fatimah, took my receipt and assured me everything was fine and that the food would be out soon.nnAfter another 15 minutes, I checked again, only to be told that they hadn't received my order. I reminded them that I was earlier assured there was nothing to worry about.nnAt that point, the manager rudely suggested that I could get a refund if I didn't want the food. The waitress, Molly, also asked for my receipt again.nnThe staff was very unprofessional, and the experience felt more like being in a cheap takeaway than a proper restaurant.
This review is based on my experience with this branch late night delivery on Tuesday 19/03. Upon receiving the food we opened the fillet-o-fish and found that it looked sloppy. We were also surprised that part of fish patty was missing in the fillet-o-fish, like part of the corner of the patty was broken with part of the fish missing inside the breadcrumb.
