It doesn't even deserve one star. I drove for 1 hour 2 nights ago. And they told me it was closed because of a till problem. I asked what they were going to do until the morning and they said they would sit idle until the morning and the problem would definitely not be solved. My wife is pregnant and she wanted fast food and tonight we drove for 1 hour again and came back and it was closed again. I asked again why it was closed and he told me again that there was a till problem. The employees here are definitely bringing this brand's name into disrepute. They close this shop and sit there until the morning and pocket their salaries. This is all a disgrace. In total, it cost me 4 hours of driving. I do not recommend it because of stupid people, do not go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!nnAnd I will report this business. if this business is closed they should state this on Google Maps and Apple Maps, they can not wasting anyone's time
Several times stopped there and used it but now will be boycotting it, orders always missing items, service is slow and food is hardly warm. Could understand missing food if they were rushing but it's always a while before your food is handed over so no excuse especially as you have to read a screen
Drove an hour to get there and found the venue closed down and the Drive Thru barricaded. Less than impressed...
Excellent customer service from a young lad called Jonathan. Thought it deserved a review. He took time to explain about the Grimmace milkshake situation/not being available to my dissapointed 8yr old daughter.. broken machine!. And handled a group of rude teenagers better than probably any of the staff I've seen in there ever. Well done
Definitely haven’t had the memo regarding the new advertising campaign even though you sit and look at a giant poster of it to eat. The buns definitely aren’t toasted to get the cheese meltier, the onions haven’t even looked at the grill let alone been placed on the burger on the grill! It was the most tepid quarter pounder with cheese i’ve eaten two weeks in a row. The onions aren’t even chopped correctly, they are in big slices. Management need a good shake up
