Worst kebab in my life. Gritty half warm meet, stale bread. Served in paper so get the paper taste, chilli sauce is just like a pot of chopped tomatoes and garlic, and staff are rude and clearly hate their jobs. Wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t reconnect to anyone! Save your money go elsewhere

Ordered 2 donars, 2 salads, 2 garlic sauce, portion of chips and two fanta's. Simples! Nope. Meal arrived cooling to warm, salad dry and no drinks. Had to phone again. One can dispatched. Phoned again, under pretense of new order, all came to same sum, so asked where's the second can. As doing this review, still waiting delivery and the evening is getting away from us. Two hours of being messed around. Very bad experience/service. Should not had happened. Not using them again and it was our first time. Our recommendation...Avoid!
Dropped in to this shop last week after a friend mentioned it during lockdown. We bought chicken kababs as a quick snack. After a 15min wait, our food was ready, well packed in a bag. Well, upon opening the aroma made us all smile. This shop knows how to cook kababs properly, juicy tender chunks of chicken with salad. It certainly wasn't a snack! A tip: Buy your soft drinks across the road at the corner shop, there's more choice and keener prices.
Ordered from here as I thought it was the caspian restaurant. As soon as it arrived i knew i had got the wrong one . I asked for my doner meat thinly sliced, as thin as they could , it came thick and rubbery , absolutley disgusting , nearly broke my teeth on a piece of grisstle. I ordered coleslaw too but i didnt even taste it as the water sitting on the top and the way it looked was enough , it looked as though it hqd been put through a blender . 20 quid for 2 doner meat and chips that went in the bin, absolute garbage, for them prices you should be able to enjoy your meal.
Absolutely shocking paid £16.50 for one meal and come burnt to a crisp
so rude don’t even deserve 1 star, asked for a refund of food that never came and he laughed at me and said not his problem.
Nice food but the portions have gone right down, still hungary after the measly Kebab i received. Better portions elsewhere. Come on Caspian you have a good customer base but these will start to leave you if you try to take advantage by serving really small portions. I would rather pay a little more for a decent size kebab. Your prices aren't even cheap!
This place is great for drunks and druggies if you don't like the taste of your food or enjoy having a normal Donner kebab wrapped in wrapping paper without a box - causing the chilli and garlic sauce to stick to the wrapping paper, which causes you to eat the paper! Salad is so dry that it's in competition with the Sahara. As I said, fantastic for drunks and druggies. But not so good for sober or normal people. The food is halal - but makes no difference to packaging. The rest of my team had an even worst opinion.
Had a Halloumi and a Shish wrap, one with Garlic sauce and the other with homemade Chilli sauce. The staff member kindly offered to put both sauces on one of each of the two separate wraps. What a brilliant idea and as a result all FOUR wraps were delicious. Halloumi was cooked to perfection as was the Shish, which was just pure meat without any fatty or gristly bits.
