It's busy most of the time, and driving there can be a pita! It's not In the best location. it frequently causes traffic jams in and around the local streets for the drive-through. Other than that, its a Mac D's, so..... The service is ok, food ok, better sitting in as food is hot. Just watch out the delivery guys on mopeds, they are lethal...
Always quite busy so it's difficult to get parked. Dislike that they now charge for standard dips which have always traditionally been free of charge. The staff are friendly and quick.Food: 3/5
It's as good as it could be , everything worked and the staff were actually cheerful , I like to appreciate the staff when they're realistic and cheerful , working with the public these days with the entitled and drippy cannot be easy . The grandson loves it . Kid-friendliness: The colouring sheets , crayons , balloons are great , grandchildren keep presenting me with works of art . Play areas are usually serviceable. All good
Parking/ getting in and out is nightmare. Loads of spaces taken by delivery drivers, food not coming through quick enough on drive through so have to wait. Saw am accident and some kids nearly getting squashed ! RubbishFood: 3/5
I know it’s basic fast stuff but when the coffee comes out like warm milk it’s a bit of a pi55 t@£e. Person I spoke to sounded like I had woken them up.
Food was good, hot and freshly made. Staff were all polite, friendly and efficient. Toilet was clean. Except a bike delivery guy pi$$ing all over the one toilet seat I was about to use, rather than use the urinal. This McDonald's is let down by its location.the carpark gets really busy and as its near a massive junction point of roads. Cars going in amd out often block the road causing back ups, more so at standard meal times. Vegetarian options: Vegan burger lacks flavour of the competition I.e Burger King.
Decided to get a breakfast delivery it arrived hot fresh lovely until I noticed one of the workers at mcdonalds had written on the bag Obese Food/drink which really annoyed me I get mcdonalds is a stressful job I have experienceced it but dealing it this way is just going to make things worse so whoever did this your an idiot not good service you took the time to write that which is your own doing never had this kind of service before
Touch screens are always nasty fingerprinted, alongside people never washing their hands, I have 'never' seen a clean touch screen and they never seem to work properly. Mess up orders more times than I can count over the last 2 years, especially if they're out of something, doesn't matter if you already paid, they'll give you the bag and hope you don't notice, rather than giving you the common decency of going "Sorry, we don't have this ingredient available". Literally cannot walk a single day morning, noon, evening or throughout the night past this place and then some without seeing Mc' Donald's cups, bags, plastic lids, straws, in the road, on the pavement, in hedges, in private properties, in the canal etc. Just tonight I saw someone swerve in the road because of a large bag and several items of debris in the middle of the lane outside Halfords, outright dangerous. Forever causing traffic jams at the lights. This place is a hazard, period.
Fries missing from meal deal rang McDonalds their staff were rude to me and told me that they can't send them and wouldn't give a refund for them either. burgers were cold when we got them if I could have given no stars I would have
always great food but the location is an abomination, usually traffic jams from cars turning into it plus the fact its on a busy crossroad with no pedestrian lights so its always a bit scary getting there lol but overall nice and cheap and fairly clean
