Absolutely disgusted I've used domino's repeatedly and never disappointed with the food But tonight I had my food thrown on the floor by a very abusive elderly delivery person I called him a horriblean he then swore in his own language shrugged his shoulders and left my food on the floor he needs sacking he also has a habit of robbing the large garlic dips I contacted the restaurant to be told sorry that's it sorry they'll have a word I dread to think what he did with the food on route in the bin it went 0 refund When he leaves or gets sacked please contact me until then you've lost a valued customer
Really disappointing, won't be ordering again. Sadly the energy costs must be hitting home as we have had 2 in row that are massively undercooked. Dinner in bin. Cheers Dominoes
Great pizza, but my order was cancelled due to lack of drivers. I'm NOT blaming any of the employees as I'm sure they struggle being understaffed, I'm blaming the company. Most likely will not order again cause I don't want to waste half an hour just to find out my order won't be delivered and I have to order somewhere else. They should lunch some sort of promotion once they secure enough drivers to regain customers and their confidence that their order would be completed. Until then i will not use Dominos again.
Mohan is very rude when I went in store to order no staff were present he lied about being in the toilet when he was making boxes and then refused to serve me, employ some better people!!!!
Online order cancelled five minutes after it was due. Late at night and got work early in the morning so no time to order elsewhere. Great thanks a bunch
Ordered the weekend before Christmas with 2 orders for the same address. Waited over 2 hours for my husbands order to arrive which was then cold and I had still not recieved the order I was waiting for. Another 45 minutes later, mine arrives, again cold. Couldn't get through to the store as the line just rang. When I did get through, they offered me a refund however, we used vouchers hence the 2 separate orders and they couldn't return these so we asked for fresh which they agreed. Waited half an hour for my husbands to turn up and then another 15 minutes mine arrived. They sent all orders out with separate drivers so in total we had 4 delivery drivers attend our house! Bit of a shambles in all honesty! When I spoke to them, I was supposed to receive a refund for what I did pay for and I'm still waiting!
Very slow delivery!! Called after the tracker had said it had been delivered 20mins prior, to be told it had left 5-10 minutes ago and due to traffic in town deliveries slower than normal. I had just come home from a clear town run as I placed order! 25 minutes later I called back just as the driver pulled up. All very hungry and the cold pizza that was delivered certainly wasn't worth the wait!
Ordered at 6pm. Checked app which said our food was delivered at just after 6:45. I called the store to check and was told that because they were busy they were running behind the app, which didn't make sense but he said it would be with us soon. So I waited another 15 minutes then rang back at 7:04, the same man told me the driver had delivered to the wrong address and refund would take 5 days. No apology. Terrible service.
Great Pizzas everytime. I made a mistake when ordering a Pizza online. Mohan made sure that my order was corrected with no hassle. Great service guys!!
Most of the times I pickup mine so can´t complain about the delivery, it was always done on time. But what I can´t get is why sometimes their pizza is great, and sometimes so oily and heavy I feel I could use it instead of WD40. Quality def. not worth of the price... would give 2 stars, but they have great chocolate orange cookies though so, yeah... go for them :
