Disastrous They are the most incompetent McDonald's I have ever been to..and I have been to a lot. Chaos, delays inevitable, not control of the food coming out to orders. Resulting in cold burgers nuggets, coffee The shift manager Atlanta and the crew trainer, Hannah completely lost control of the whole process. No rate limit or reset and whilst busy, not excessively so they continued to load up the food coming out and loose track of order etc. With waiting times of over 40 min it is a disaster. Sorry, usually a polished process but this a lesson in failing under stress.

I had a 15 minute wait for my cold meal and despite customising my order to specify no pickles, they put pickles on it anyway. Terrible service, cold food and unable to meet the customers request to leave out an ingredient they don't like! I won't be returning.Food: 1/5
I have to be honest. This is probably the worst McDonald's I have been to in recent times. The floor and general area were dirty. There was no BBQ sauce at all. Even though I'd requested it on the screen before. When asked, the person I assume was the supervisor replied in an uninterested tone. She said "if it is not out, we haven't got any." Luckily, the nice young man behind the counter gave me some of the smokey sauce. The food was also below average. The nuggets were a bit dry and crispy. Even my daughter said she was disappointed. To top it off, the toilets were just plain nasty. In the corner of the cubicle, there appeared to be some soiled children's pants. The only good point was the lad behind the counter. Nice lad.
Well I was hungry and 7 minutes later I wasn't... All what to be expected apart from I only had cash, but only waited a short time, all thrown together and so much lettuce it was all falling out... But not a bad thing. I went large, as you do, but the fries were suspect... All ok really.Food: 3/5
Worst McDonald's I've been to, second attempt at this place first time around I had to wait for my order for over an hour. This time my receipt didn't print out when I place my order asking someone for help is like speaking to a brick wall when someone did come over they didn't know how to reprint so I had to go to the till to work out my order number then the order turned up and I had to go back as they had made me a single cheese burger and I'd ordered a double so yet again this place is a shambles, won't be coming back. Also why ask for table service when you can't have table service
It's a McDonald's that has the slowest service I've ever experienced. They are poorly organised with dreadful logistics. They are charging for condiments they haven't got in stock, and they act shocked when you ask for a refund for products they haven't supplied.Food: 3/5
Delivery drivers totally dominate and crowd the collection area shouting and showing no respect for others. results in slow service for everyone else and unpleasant atmosphere. Delivery drivers need to get their own space and told to wait their turn. Too small a restaurant trying to do too muchFood: 4/5
Ordered food from here and a uber guy brought it... 2 differently wrong drinks with our orders. No receipt. No straws. No bbq sauce and our mcflurrys didn't come either. Called McDonald's 8 times and no answer. Place is getting out of hand and are making to many mistakes!
Great customer service, the lady who brought us the food was very friendly. Pineapple was out of stock so offered an alternative :Food: 5/5
