My orders was completely wrong. I asked for a biscuit with no cheese and they had cheese on it even though the receipt said no cheese. Also ordered a Medium coffee and the guy gave it to me in a small cup. It even states that it’s a small cup for ice coffees. You can also see I ordered a medium on the ticket number
Good job, McDonald’s. You managed to mess up every item on the order except the French fries. Three double cheeseburgers became one single cheeseburger, two double fillet o fish became one double fillet o fish, a double quarter pounder deluxe was missing the “deluxe”, and the sauce for the free McNuggets was missing. All this after you have the nerve to charge nearly $5 for a double cheeseburger for delivery. The incompetence would actually be impressive if it wasn’t so aggravating.
Breakfast would have been great if they would given me the syrup to go with my pancakes. To pricey and the meat is like where’s the beef! it is so paper thin . It’s like you are mostly eating bread and the size is getting smaller on sandwiches but prices keep getting higherFood: 3/5
They must got some illiterate people working doing the DoorDash orders. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and when I opened the box I only had one patty and when I took a bite it was a little raw. That wasn’t the worst part though my coke that I ordered was literally nothing but syrup and when I poured it out it had zero carbonation. You guys need to hire people that actually do their job and know how to read. It’s not hard to read that’s why they make us go to school for it.
I ordered a total of 8 burgers, 6 of them were plain McDoubles. Did mobile order and pick up at the counter. I got home and clocked in for work. On my lunch I noticed my burger was incorrect and I checked the rest of the burgers and everything was labeled correctly but made incorrectly. The only think that was correct was 2 of the plain burgers. I called McDonald's to tell them about it and they wanted me to leave work and bring the food back. Um NO! That's not something most ppl can do. I spent 50 dollars on things I didn't order and we had to either just not eat it or miss work. Needless to say I won't go back there again. Over and over they do this and I can normally catch it and have it fixed but was in a rush. Would give negative 5 stars if I could!
This is the worst McDonald's that i have had. I came last night to order food for me and my family and spent 30$ and I got home and my whole order was wrong, my double cheeseburgers were not made how they were supposed to be, I got sandwiches that I did not order my fries were ice cold and my nuggets were old. I called and spoke to the manager last night and she told me that she would replace my order because I was not given a receipt and I was already back home. I get to store this morning at 10:30a.m and the manager that's here tells me she can't replace my food and the Manger from last night also told her she didn't speak to anyone. I would not recommend coming here at all, they are rude and don't care about the customer
Always get the double quarter pounder. But when sick it's a big Mac with extra sauce. Dunno why, over 30 years and I only eat a big Mac and I feel better. Sounds crazy I know, but helps me. Flu, stomach, whateverFood: 5/5
Will give you a large without asking every single time without fail. Also acts like the condiments are coming out of their salary, super stingy. When I asked for ketchup there is never a time where I will be satisfied with One singular package. How are you literally going to give me a large every single time yet one package of ketchup to accompany...
This place is usually unprofessional. Even if you ask for something special you might not get it. I've done it many times but WHEN it's done right it's great. I absolutely check every single time. If you get "fresh" it's good no matter what it is. But do not listen to "it just came up"Food: 3/5
