I visited McDonald's on 4 June and collected Order No. 17 at approximately 5:04 AM. After receiving my order, I requested an extra sauce. The staff informed me that there would be an additional charge, which I immediately agreed to pay.nnHowever, despite standing near the counter waiting to make the payment and receive the sauce, I was completely ignored. There were four staff members present, and instead of assisting customers, they appeared to be engaged in conversation with each other. Even though I was clearly waiting at the counter and had already agreed to pay, no one acknowledged me or provided any assistance.nnI felt as though I was waiting for something extremely difficult to obtain rather than a simple sauce that I was willing to purchase. The lack of attention, professionalism, and customer care was very disappointing and came across as rude.nnI expect better customer service from a well-known brand like McDonald's. Customers should not have to wait unnecessarily while staff ignore them. I hope management reviews this issue and takes steps to improve customer service standards.

My partner didn’t eat pork he ordered an egg McMuffin extra egg right and they send us one with pork in it??? So he can’t even eat after finishing a long shift at work…

Today I went to McDonald’s there was a Muslim girl she was on the counter the I orders large meal but didn’t get the receipt and there was Muslim girl covers her head with scarf she need to get promotion she has excellent costumer service. Soory but I don’t know her name but date is 11 may and time around 5 evening she deserves promotion. Food wasn’t good but costumer service was amazing

Poor staff and poor  management! Night shift manager name HUZEFA he’s so rude misbehave with rider! When I ask for my order! Order alredy ready but he doesn’t allow me to give the order! He abused me l! it not acceptable! Unprofessional manager poor speaking skills! Even they don’t know how to talk customer and delivery drivers! I request to who hired the staff please make sure they are good communication skills! I very disappointed from mcd market street service! If they don’t change their behaviour don’t go therenThanks

This was a fantastic restaurant to get a takeaway from after midnight; felt lucky it is 24 hours! The staff were helpful at the counter after my employee discount did not work, company designs on the walls add to the vibe and the service was fast for a period with many customers. I enjoyed a Big Mac with French Fries and a Diet Coke; no dry food this late!
