We came here on a stop by trip. The place was clean and the service was fast. The food looked good. However my fiancé fount a hair in her McMuffin which isn’t acceptable. She went to ask for a new one and the staff had no manners towards her. So that let our experience down.
The most horrible and horrifying Mcdonalds in Leicester...nA bunch of college chaps who do not know what they are doing..nnOrdered take away...checked the order...found a big mac missing...went again ..manager asked if all good...meantime the other person attending got me a burger and sent me away before I could raise it with her...nnChit chatting going on...on an empty afternoon made us wait 15 mins for out order.nnReached home only to find our dips missing ...we paid for them...with the share box which includes dips...but no dips in the box..nnThey just don't care for customers...never visiting again...£30 all in waste.
So we came to McDonald’s and was greeted by a family of rats we then rang the store to make them aware that there’s multiple rats running about in the car park running into the rat boxes and then running back out and all we got from the store is “ok sorry” and ended call I have videos of this problem aswell
What you get from your regular McDonald's, but a more chilled out store. It can get busy in here but nowhere near as bad as some of the other McDonald's around the city.nnThey have a pretty big car park so never have to worry about parking, and their drive-thru isn't too narrow like some places.
Ordered a McRib accompanied with other food items however they didn’t give me the McRib which we paid for, additional the serving sizes were horrendous with a medium portion of fries when I ordered large. Disappointing
