This McDonald's has a great location, plenty of parking that's free. Outdoor seating area as well. Very handy drive through. Staff is ok, can't say they are bad but I would personally appreciate higher levels of cleanliness. Indoor seating is always busy but that's not the problem the surfaces and the floors tend to be quite messy most of the time. It would be solid 4 stars if they actually put some more effort into looks and make it cleaner and smell fresher. Outdoor seating tables should be wiped more regularly and flower pots could do with some water.
20 minutes wait for simple 9 piece McNugget mealnStaff prioritising there mates who come in serving first.nWitnessed one staff member change a burger twice putting the burgers back on the food shoot for selling to another cosumter.nnReceived my meal eventually on a tray sopping in a mysterious fluid.nAnd a box of 9 nuggets containing 5 nuggets with stone cold chips and seemingly the first drink the worker saw blatantly obvious considering I received a diet coke despite ordering a coke.nVery obvious they hire anyone proven by them struggling to count to 9 and not able to fulfil my order.nnTypically quite dirty premises with sticky tables and trays covered in god knows what as proven by with this visitationnnWouldn't bother with here not even if you were desperate
Fab McDonald's! Food is always fresh and hot - the chips and everything are so tasty. The staff are all so lovely and patient. Really clean restaurant. Often the ice cream machine doesn't work though which is a bit disappointing. Such a handy place to grab a meal before or after shopping or on the go. Great deals on the app too. I often get customised items and they're very accurate with them.
I have such a toxic relationship with this McDonald's. It's my first choice of locations when someone in my family has a craving, but they don't feel the same way...nnThey prepare me such good frozen lemonades, caramel lattes, and reliable fries. They also put onions in burgers requested without them, filled a box of mozzarella sticks with chicken tenders instead of hot cheese sticks, and forgot to put part of the takeaway order in the bag, so we had 4 hungry people and 3 meals...maybe they were expecting us to play musical chairs with dinner as a bonding experience? I'll never know their intentions.nnThey keep hurting me but I keep coming back, hoping they can change, and it can always be like the good times - when the fries were hot, the burgers onionless, and I get exactly what I ordered.nnSomeday...maybe. Either way I'll keep coming back. I can't let go, damn it.
Customised my burger by removing two items. They removed everything except the burger. I’m probably still there waiting to get the staffs attention.
