An amazing McDonalds with classical music playing! Maybe it's just in the evenings that it does that but I hope it's always! Recently, this store has undergone some nice renovations which means that now, it's a much more pleasant experience. There are a few self service touchscreen order systems, present at almost every McDonalds nowadays. The service could be faster but I cannot complain.

Parking a bit cramped disabled access is OK and disabled toilet could be bigger and better planned - having said that it is significantly bigger and better than the norm for McDonald's. One of the ladies working here is exceptionally friendly and happy for someone at work and gave excellent service going beyond normal expectations. So this one gets 5 stars from me.

Poor service and gets 9/10 orders wrong. Many people complaining constantly, staff have been seen to stand around chatting while there are customers who have simply ordered a drink. On the plus side the food is often fresh and hot.

If I ask for a big mc that's what I wanted! I have a brain to say... can I have a big mc meal and also say to go large. Stop put sales I'm fat all ready.

On the whole it's clean and staffing levels good, food good for what it is. Although this time they got the order mixed up with someone else's. It was rectified quickly for me.
