customer service is usually great...unless u want to use winning monopoly tokens! have 3 times claimed & been literally moaned/groaned at by staff. chips r often luke warm & hot chocolates like dishwater of late...gone down hill past few visits :(

Sitting waiting on food... As usual... I think fast food is lost on this company now and just do not understand this order ur food and wait.. It simply is not working and that's across the board.. Gettagrip ffs and listen to the customer.

Typical mcdonalds food fresher than most hardly ever any seats as very busy and expect a 10 min plus wait for the drive through its difficult to get parked good mcdonalds just very busy

I don't get there often enough,  I do think that some of there bacon options are not good enough, old and dryed out and once, the bacon from there morning menu was off  an should of never been used.  They do there best and staff are as nice as you are to them.
