Thought I would give this place a second chance after waiting more than 4 hours for my last order. Wish I hadn’t bothered. Curry sauce came congealed, salt and pepper chips seemed like they were last weeks reheated. The worst Chinese I have ever came across. Will never! Never use this place again. Had to go and get a tin of dog food to make my taste buds better..

Tried a 2nd time, delivery took 1.5 hours, rice stoggy, more pineapple than chicken, what chicken there was was tough and dried. Won't get a 3rd chance...

Ordered a takeaway and told it would be an hour and a half for delivery.......it was nearly 3 hours before it arrived, very poor service Will not be using again. The only thing good about the experience was the poor driver who could not have been more apologetic and it wasn't even his fault. Personally, I would avoid. I appreciate you can be busy Tell your customers that. Be honest and don't tell them its on its way, when its not I called after an hour and a half to be told my order had just went to the kitchen You need to look at how you are running your business. Badly,from what I can see.

Great meal, plenty options Staff friendly and good value

Great portion sizes and food once again.  I’ve never been disappointed when I’ve ordered from here.  Bonus as well - you get NHS discount if you show your staff ID badge when paying.  It can take a while sometimes for order to be ready but this is a good sign.  There are lots of chefs that you can see and lots of food getting made for deliveries and collections.  It’s worth waiting for - TIP phone order in before hand to save less waiting time.

Phoned at 4.30 for an order I am aware it is a busy time, but 3 hours for delivery and we are stilling waiting.   Phoned twice to be told its on its way, I'm convinced it's coming from China.  This is seriously unacceptable.  Won't be ordering again.  Why don't you tell people they may have to wait 3 to 4 hours for a delivery, then they have the option to order or not.

Avoid ordering on a Saturday night!!! Waited over 4 and a half hours for a munchie box!!!! We have Ordered a delivery from selkirk a few times, there's no denying the food is good but we were let down by the service lastnight. We phoned in our order at 5.40, the delivery arrived about 2 hours later, we didn't realise until after the delivery driver had left that they had given us the wrong food and missed out a munchie box. I called in and explained the situation, they said our munchie box would be sent out with the next delivery driver, we waited another hour and a half before I phoned in again to ask if it had been sent out, again they said it would be sent out with the next available driver, we waited roughly until 10.10 before it arrived so all in all we waited a total of over 4 and a half hours for our food, I'm not sure on how there system works but if a mistake Is made in most places it gets sorted right away which it obviously wasn't last night, they did give us a free portion on chips and juice which was appreciated but waiting over 4 and a half hours for food is a joke, it's a shame as the food is really tasty.

Ok, first of all the food is awesome, and a great price, however the procedure for phoning in your order and then having to wait outside for 45 mins after your scheduled pick up time is a shambles.They also forgot part of my order.
