This is just your typical McDonald's. Went through the drive in, service was very quick although I was lucky as a couple of cars in front were directed to the waiting bays. My food arrived and was very hot, so again think I was lucky. Overall a good experience for me personally.
Staff is disgusting. Kindly as them to join some classes how to be professional and how to respect and respond to others. They just want to talk to each other all the time and they don't even answer to any other person
Ordered 2 double quarter pounder meals, but only received quarter pounders only realised 10 mins after driving away as they were at the bottom of the back beneath the fries. No straws, had to go back.nnAlso no paper in the till receipt! So no proof of what we've bought!.nnTook 20 mins for it to be served.nnAnd whilst we were waiting a chair broke away from the frame whilst a child was sat on it and the girl fell to the floor!!nnInternal layout is really crap and staff weren't very helpful, they just want/need? to disappear into the back somewhere...nnWe were going to dine in but it was too busy so selected takeaway and whilst waiting could drive in traffic spill out on to the main road.
customer service is absolutely brilliant, and the food is always fresh. place is always clean and every staff member is really coperative. 5 stars, no doubt
When we arrived it wasn't busy,the lady gave us table services, she was ever so helpful and politenWhen food arrived which seemed ages and didn't arrive all together which was odd as orded as 1 order,,the food looked heated up chicken sandwich was thrown together and was hard to eat in places,, disgusting really but we tryed it outnPoor food but like I said lady was super helpful and polite,,she was keeping the place clean
