Ordered from here many times and can never get my order right or seem to be able to pack a full order and the fries are always very under filled and stone cold when going at night. It’s shocking!!

Just bought a breakfast meal east Kilbride approx 6.40am and the sausage and egg mcmuffin didn't have any sausage.  Sadly, I didn't get a receipt, otherwise I'd have gone back to complain. After getting to work to eat my breakfast and finding it was sub standard, I tried to phone, but nobody answered. Not to worry, I will never buy another breakfast from this company. A timely reminder that fast food isn't good food. Well done McDs, another dissatisfied non-returning customer.

30 min wait for food. Stone cold. Sauces missing. The manager big woman brown hair standing at front on her phone scrolling away instead of doing her job. Store incredibly messy chewing gum all over floor.

Absolutely disgusting!!  Almost an hour waiting for delivery from this restaurant. I have a cup of dairy fluff that used to be ice cream. I have a cup of Coke that has gone flat because all the ice has melted. Stone cold fries and burgers completely inedible. This restaurant is a disgrace, even in person prioritise delivery, but they make it so early, it’s not even on the heat lamp on a cold table for almost an hour. Save your money cook at home This restaurant needs to be shutdown. Absolutely disgusting

Went to the drive through. Pretty quick. Staff are friendly. Just be careful going in and out of the drive through its pretty tight and have saw people kerb there wheels a few times. Can be very busy at times.
