Lost count how many times they got my orders wrong. Drive through is an absolute nightmare. 3 attempts it took to get what I paid for

Poor service, cold chicken. Complained so they cooked one just for me. I felt soooo pleased, unfortunately it was the wrong one so had to wait even longer. Suggested they give me another portion of fries as I had eaten them 10 minutes previously, but they refused. Customer service and satisfaction at its lowest.

Staff trying their best but couldn't keep up with demand... Lots of cars backed up and lots of people wait inside too.

The customer care and service provided by this establishment is truly phenomenal. After being stranded due to snow, over an hour away from home, I popped in to buy a coffee. Whilst I drank my coffee, some members of staff were commenting on the weather, so I in turn explained my situation. I honestly cannot believe the response I received from the manageress and multiple members of staff that have been more than accommodating, going above and beyond to assist me. I would like to thank them for allowing me to make a phone call when my phone was out of charge, keeping my spirits high with friendly conversation, finding me a phone charger, offering me to stay as long as needed and offering me coffee whilst I waited for the weather to pass. Outstanding, excellent service from every member I encountered today. Thank you for being so hospitalble.

Place is very clean, staff seem friendly. Food came in good time. Would happily visit again.
