absolutely disgusted. Made my daughter and her friends sit outside in the freezing cold eating their food. Daughter came home with hyperthermia and was in hospital for 4 nights. Would not recommend. Would recommend for ypu to get more staff training and get them to do a hearing test so they actually know your order and not a weird order.

Amazing staff! Welsh speaking staff which i haven't seen in a Maccies before. The woman that i spoke to was very nice and Welsh speaking. Totally recommend!

Does it even deserve a star rate !🤬 What a mess there , they always get the order wrong and they are always in a very bad mood ! 😑I am a young person and i know some young people have a very bad behavior and stuff but come on some people can behave good everyone is different and caernarfon maccies made us sit outside at 22:00 in 4 degrease !! Our food was cold and we were cold!!!!! Other people got to sit inside in warm air and we weren’t!! Very bad service there the sauce thingy wasen’t working and we had to drink our coke without straws and the people working there are pigs 🐷😠 who ever is reading this review don’t go near that filthy place 🤮 They were yelling NEXT PLEASE very angry like come on have some humour 🙄 if you want a maccies right know and planning going on to the caernarfon maccies , turn the car around and go to the bangor one better service there than that pig place !🐖 i can keep on writing bad reviews like this until you sort your self out 😡😡😡

I find the food only just warm most times...son went early one morning as they open at 5am....well not that morning. Kept them waiting outside untill 5.30am. With no explanation. Not on ..not good . 1 star I'm afraid from us
