Food of the usual McDonald's standard of I guess it would have been if we had got it! Placed order at the drive through, paid for it and was requested to sit in a parking booth to wait for it. A second car pulled in front of us and after awhile two meals were brought out. One for us and one for the car in front. Our receipt had our car registration on it so we left and came home only to find we had only been given one of our items. Rang to report the error and after a brief investigation they discovered the car in front had been given our meal. We have been given a reference number to receive our meal the next time we are passing, but my daughter isn't best pleased. Poor performance on this occasion and sorry to say it's not the first time. I always eat at McDonald's and today as it was my son's birthday we placed a large take out. Unfortunately our order was messed up 3x and now upon coming home there's still some parts missing. I am utterly disappointed as my son's birthday meal wasn't to expectations. I feel the staff need more appropriate training for a better service.

Coffee & Fries great but the staff need a Mention Michelle & Emma front of house the counter staff serving always polite and welcoming the Place is tidy and we'll kept whenever I've been in which is most days.

Good food. Like that you can order electronically. Staff very friendly and great with the kids

Staff were quick to serve and were very pleasant, the areas for children was a surprise these would keep children well entertained.
