Was really quiet so thought I'd take a chance and get a quick bite to eat. Food took ages and by the time I got my food, it was cold! Can't say I was hungry after looking at the burger. It looks like someone sat on it! Avoiding this from now on!
Had to order on a screen which then didn't give a receipt so had to go to the till anyway. Waited over 10 minutes for 2 mcflurrys... Used to get them immediately at old style counter. Loads of kids in there.
This has to be awarded the worse Mcdonalds in the whole of Europe!!!nRun by children constantly on there phones and not realising they have orders sitting on the side getting cold!nYou instantly get the feeling that your not wanted there and when you do complain about waiting over half an hour for your fast food they look at you like your the problem.nThats what happens when you run a store run by underprivileged children who weren't raised right. I feel like it's a special charity youth centre helping them to be a part of society.
Placed a delivery, Items missing from sealed bag, Mcdonalds staff even said its probably been sent out without being checked. advised me to ring courier for refund. Not helpful.
Ordered on uber eats and was absolutely disgusted with the quality of the way the food had been handled and packaged I ordered a kids cheeseburger meal with no onions or gherkins and it arrived open with onions on which is absolutely disgusting that a place like McDonald's cant take pride in their job I will not be ordering or even walking into this McDonald's ever again also not to mention that I ordered a 20 nugget share box only to find out that they had been reheated twice!! Its an absolute disgrace the toy that was also requested for the kids happy meal did not arrive which again is absolutely ridiculous when you specify something in the comments and on the food ticket the staff should take notice of what's on the order and what specifications are on the ticket dont go to or order from this McDonald's as you'll only be left feeling annoyed and disappointed.
