Chicken and chips arrived hot : , They’ve changed the seasoning on the chips again. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly with a relaxed, carefree attitude. The shakes taste good unfortunely 3 stars as they forgot to put rice in box that was paid for :c
Ordered through uber eats and received mouldy popcorn chicken. Absolutely disgusting and vile.nUpdate - Shocking customer service. I immediately reported this to kfc customer support and they said to give 72 hours for there response which i did. To which a woman called Stacey reached back to me just to tell me that they don’t believe this to be mould and giving me some ridiculous excuses such as them claiming it could be carbon build up as if that would make it okay? And since when is carbon build up green and fuzzy. Completely tried to dismiss me as if i don’t have photo proof and i didn’t see with my own eyes the contaminated popcorn chicken? They went back and forth with me trying to say its not mould and something else as if that matters? The problem is a customer was served and ate a part of contaminated popcorn chicken to which they have taken no accountability to. Then they gave me a 15 pound kfc voucher which isn’t even how much i paid for my order as if i would ever want to order from kfc again? I would completely avoid any kfc from now on as even when they make mistakes by serving contaminated food to customers they completely dismiss you and shove some useless voucher in your face. Genuinely shocked by how they handled this issue as i have proof of it but atleast i know now what places to avoid.
Visited Liscard KFC last night for a takeaway and it was better than my last visit. Place looked cleaner and more organised, service was quicker too.nnStaff were polite and got the order right with no issues. Food were hot and fresh even for a takeaway. Burger was decent, wings were nice, crispy and tasty.nHope they keep it like this.

I came into liscard kfc to get my family some food, as I was waiting surrounded by loads of other people, there was a kfc worker cleaning the tables and keeping the area clean I believe his name was Joseph, seemed like a lovely hard working lad, however the girl on the front desk, I believe her name was Georgia with orange hair, was screaming across the restaurant towards him and was speaking to him horribly, as someone who has worked in fast food and who’s partner has been a manager in other fast food places, this behaviour is unacceptable and seeing staff be treated so bad especially in front on customers is sad. Not only that but when she was on the phone, she was putting her fingers in her mouth and then touching our food without washing her hands, absolutely disgusting and I will not be coming her again.
