Have updated this review from 2014. Gave it two stars as staff where really bad. Have updated to four stars now, as I think the staff have really improved and have been polite and courteous the past year or so. Only get the occasional rude one now. Dropped one star as sometimes they don't have what you want immediately, and you have to wait in the car park. (This is the review for the Drive-Thru!)

Went here for Breakfast as we arrives 2 hours early for appointment at Alderhey hospital (5min drive) Food was fresh and order was correct The place is clean and the staff friendly Can't really ask for more in a McDonald's Thanks

Ordered inside on self pay to take away. Ordered double cheeseburger and customised. No pickle, mustard or ketchup. I got home with a double burger NO CHEESE but it did have onions!! Ffs Double Cheeseburger - there's the clue !!

Place is a joke I went in today at around 20.30 and staff was just standing around talking and not concerned about customers. After I placed my takeout and got my order home only to find the cook don't even know how to make a big Mac that's how mush they care about there job. Put no burger on the bottom and as a after though just dumped a second one on the top what a joke.
