Great customer service. If you want it hot or fresh then obviously you wait... like any other place that serve food so don't really see why people are crying about it here. Mistakes happen- point it out and they'll be happy to change it. Simple

Good experience. The new self-order system and table service makes for a nicer experience in my opinion and the food tastes good - would have preferred a few more chicken options, or something seasonal. Food was hot and prepared quickly. Recommended to all

Absolutely abysmal service. For some ridiculous reason it closes the main store early and only serves drive thru customers at night. Meaning if you’ve worked late and want to grab a bite to eat when you get off the train, you can’t go to McDonald’s. Unless you have a car. And since the store is literally right opposite the train station, I somehow doubt the majority of customers are using a car. It makes no business sense to turn away money from willing customers because they’re not in a vehicle. And they won’t serve you unless you’re in a vehicle. Ludicrous business model, and makes for very angry customers who just want a quick late night bite to eat when there are few alternatives in town.
