Very disappointed with the McFlurrys we had last night.. half filled with hardly any toppings on some, that being said the ice cream was nice.
I visited the McDonald's today drive-thru and was truly impressed by Phoebe's exceptional customer service skills. Her politeness and willingness to apologize for any wait time made my experience worth it. Thank you, Phoebe, for your outstanding service!
It was practically empty but difficult to get a table that was clean. Food was piping hot which is unusual for McDonalds and the staff were helpful when we asked for ketchup. It was quick service as well, the biggest thing that let the place down was all the rubbish everyone had left behind and the overflowing bins... Which had been emptied by the time we left.
This place is an absolute joke. We have ordered 4 times from here now and each time a burger has been missing from the meal! Once I can understand, mistakes happen but to have items consistently missing every single time we order is ridiculous, each time someone has gone without the main component to their meal.
Every time I come here there’s something wrong or I’ve got to wait in the car park for 15 mins for my ‘fast food’ to come out! Whenever I order for delivery they will 100% always get it wrong and forget whole meals at times! It’s so frustrating, it seems there’s a massive team in the kitchen but none of them Harley know what’s going on or what day it is! I’m sure I’m not the only one who has these complaints! I’m currently sat In the car park now waiting for a Big Mac meal haha
