The best curry house anywhere. We've tried enough to know, and hope to come here for another 15 years! Our sons come home from Sheffield and London for "a Chinnar" (both have good curry houses and none are anywhere near as good). Their friends used to hold how many times we'd brought them as a badge of honour. The food is always fantastic. The Chicken Handee was the best dish ever until they added the Kashmiri - that is just fabulous. Both are big enough for two. The tandoori special nan is rightly named. The bhajis are perfect. The staff are lovely, lovely people - they are clearly proud of what they offer and always make sure customers are happy. We love going (and having deliveries!). What we call a Family Chinnar is ridiculously inexpensive. This is a good opportunity to thank them and say to expect us next weekend!

Been coming since it opened pre 1995. Never had a bad meal. Great staff. Good banter !!
