The service is so slow. We were only one of 3 small families in the whole restaurant. It took us 25 minutes to get our order. The happy meal was the wrong contents, after the inital wait couldn't be bothered to get it corrected. Clearly have a lot of online orders, but when the restaurant itself is really really quiet, it doesn't make sense to wait so long.
Ordered a McPlant meal whic never arrived. The order took 50 minutes to arrive. the rest of the stuff which did arrive was cold or melted. tried calling up the place however no one answered even after multiple attempts. the food courier says that my order is not eligible for a refund uber eats. £30 worth of food is completely unedible. ordered “large chips” and only got a handful. absolutely shocking
I recently visited the McDonald’s in Rugeley, and I had a disappointing experience with one of the shift managers. I felt ignored and disrespected during my interaction.nnAs a customer, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, but that wasn’t the case here. The shift manager not only disregarded me but also made me feel unwelcome, which is unacceptable.nnI hope McDonald’s addresses this issue and provides training to ensure all staff members treat customers fairly and respectfully. This experience has left a negative impression on me, and I hope the company takes it seriously to prevent it from happening again.

Stayed in premier inn and used the app to place order at 10.30.walked over to find door locked so myself and my 5 year old son had to walk though the drive though to be told it should be open so the girl shouted down to a boy who got one of the delivery drivers to open the door.Waiting for order that had been paid for a women comes out and says no ice cream avail can have a cookie,so I paid 1.69 for a cookie I didn't want and went in bin when I should of had a refund.the app showed it all avail when I placed order.Hppefully won't have to return here again .And the same happened while I am here again in the premier inn.10.30 main door closed and floor being cleaned but can't get in and app keeps saying item not avail when showes all avail.One bad place when it says closes at midnight.
