On average a good McDonald's. Food is fresh most of the times..staff are as happy as any McDonald's staff member can be really. They have on occasion left items purchased from the drive through from my order, but have apologised for this. Great for quick takeaway 👍

Ordered 4 meals and Sides from the breakfast menu using the self service. 2 wraps and 2 muffins, I asked for both the muffins and 1 wrap to be without Cheese and for additional bacon on one of the muffins. I received my items quite quick (for being customized) and we'll packaged before setting off home. Got home to eat and realised that although labeled as 'without cheese' all of the items contained cheese, and the muffin that was to be without cheese, but addition bacon was in fact, covered in cheese and without bacon. I called up the branch (about 50 minutes from recieving orders) and was told to return the items, I drove back to the branch and was told that breakfast was over and I would not be given replacements, despite customers still being served breakfast. They would not offer replacement meals, instead would refund or nothing at all. Disgusting treatment from completely incompetent staff.

Badly laid out since the refurb, the condiments, straws and bins etc are in the queuing area Toilets are not great

Normally dont have any problems odd occasion they have missed some of the order off or got it wrong but soon rectified
