Always friendly helpful staff. Can get quite busy at lunch time but that's expected. Wheelchair access. Mobile ordering. Self order points Tablets to keep the kids busy whilst you eat. Colouring pages and crayons available. Clean and well kept.

Sleaford is the place to go if you don't mind getting something other than what you in fact ordered. Vanilla milk shake is a lucky dip... but usually taste like banana. Don't even bother customising your burger as you will get what your given.... and NOT what's on the receipt. Table service is a waste of time as I always have to go back to the till anyway to ask for the condiments that I actually PAID for so should be included anyway. The food is good... most of the time. Though sometimes it can be very cold.

Great to be able to order using giant touchscreens and have your order brought to you. Standard food. Seating very open with nowhere to feel contained with small children.

Excellent MC Donald's. Always quick service, food is hot and staff a friendly. Good amount of parking and easy access from the main road.

Great idea to have multiple screens to order without going to the till. Quick service. In and out within 5 mins with fresh food.
