The blondish lady at the drive through today was awful! Arguing with me saying that this is a full cup of Mcflurry! Why can I see the bottom of the cup and ice cream that doesn't touch any sides! ridiculous. Management need to sort it out defo not as advertised.
They couldn't understand me. And I'm English from west country and also didn't have tomato salsa for the cheese bites.... Standard! And they never even gave me any dip so I had to go in and get it although they couldn't understand me again. The girl was very apologetic though and nice

We come to this McDonald's once a week as my daughter loves it. We get table service, and neither my daughter nor my partner ever complainednSure, tables are sometimes messy, but this McDonald's can get busy, so I get that the staff is overstretched. Toilets are clean.nMuch better than other McDonald's we visited.
Never delivered my food. They Wasn’t sorry at all and told me to come collect it after an hour of waiting. They said it was there the whole time waiting for collection: it would have been cold. Also I had paid for postage so why would I collect ???nTheir reply was it’s not our fault because just eat don’t work for them…
